Millennium Foundation of Kosovo (MFK) seeks for the Director of Administration and Finance and the Procurement Manager within the program funded by the US Government’s Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). Applicants have to show that they have the experience needed to rapidly build the policies and systems and lead the delivery of services needed to support a program of work that aims to bring tangible benefits to Kosovo citizens and organisations.
The Director of Administration and Finance needs to set up its administrative policies, systems, and frameworks and to be accountable for budget monitoring and preparation, preparation of financial reports and advising MFK management and implementing partners on financial issues. The Procurement Manager should be responsible for setting up procurement policies and procedures in line with MCC guidelines and policies, and overseeing the implementation of procurement services to accomplish the goals of MCC’s Kosovo Threshold Program.
